About this course

Writing is a key skill for children to begin to develop in the early years. Through purposeful activities and engaging stimulus we can support children in developing these early literacy skills and an enjoyment in writing. This training session will:

  • Explore how writing fits with different areas of learning within the early years curriculum
  • Support you in finding ways to increase children’s engagement with writing
  • Help you develop ways of promoting writing with purpose
