This course will help you unpick the important messages you need to get from your data in order to be able to support staff and governors in making judgements about attainment and progress, both across the school and for specific groups and individual pupils.
Is data analysis a continuing challenge? Let us help. This practical, insightful course will help you to ensure that the process of data collection and analysis accurately informs and influences school improvement.
The day will explain how to use your Analyse School Performance program and how to interpret and use your IDSR. It will explore how to collect data in a way that is easy and manageable, but also accurate and robust. It will help you find and use comparative data, historical data, and your own school data more effectively. This will lead into considerations of how to use the information from your data to support school development planning.
This course is appropriate for primary schools.
“This programme is outstanding and has the potential to be a huge catalyst for change.”
Paula Montie, Polehampton Junior School, Wokingham
