This is a practical, experience and research-based course, aimed at giving you effective strategies to ensure that your team is always ready and prepared for the next inspection

  • Leading and managing staff; stress, anxiety, communication and challenging conversations
  • Sharing the vision; linking SDP, IDSR, vision and values, previous inspection outcomes – and how all stakeholders can share your story

  • Understanding the inspection framework
  • Good practice, and responses to inspection, from schools supported by TT Education

You will leave the course with a range of practical and applicable strategies to help you ensure your whole team is ready for the next inspection. We will help you develop ways to empower, inform and encourage your team to give their best – and tell the compelling story of your school’s progress.
