Everyone is a Leader: Looking at Leadership, Vision and Team-Approaches to Developing EYFS Practice

The concept of 'leader' has a broader meaning in OFSTED's new framework. Early years leaders are expected to have a wide-ranging knowledge of their setting and, in fact, everyone is now seen as having a certain level of leadership in their own right.

About this INSET

One of the main reasons for working within a school or early years setting is the desire to support children in their learning journey and personal development; but to do this effectively, everyone needs to be on the same page. This training will:

  • Explore the reasons behind the curriculum decisions made at your particular setting
  • Develop your understanding of intent, implementation and impact
  • Support you in creating a succinct vision for your setting which is shared and valued by all stakeholders
