Early Years is undoubtedly when pupils establish themselves as individuals, as learners and, ultimately, start their educational journey.  The strength of your EYFS provision can support or hinder pupil progress throughout the rest of the school – and we can help inspire and build greater strength with your EYFS team to the benefit of all pupils as they start their academic journey with you.

Our consultant will work closely with you and your leadership team to support you in improving your Early Years provision. This includes:

• EYFS skills audit and analysis.
• Validation of baseline assessment.
• Termly EYFS leader support, including joint lesson observations, joint book scrutinies and evaluation of impact.
• Developing a forward-thinking action plan that also meets Ofsted requirements.
• Model demonstration lessons and three twilights on areas of identified need, e.g. mark-making, outdoor learning, development of CLLD.
• Termly Progress Report for leadership.
