“Following the positive outcomes and feedback from our initial customised solution, we are now continuing our partnership with TT Education as part of our continued drive towards improvement and outstanding practice.
They have provided high-quality, motivating CPD which all staff have invested in and been enthused by, which has had a positive impact upon the education of our pupils."
Cheryl Street, Deputy Headteacher
“The series of professional development sessions with Melody Lowe from TT Education (working on developing my role as subject leader) have been extremely valuable.
They have enabled me to be more confident (particularly when working with colleagues in key stage 1 as I am a key stage 2 specialist) and more focused in my role.
I have been able to prioritise tasks; give more specific feedback and set realistic targets for myself and others.”
Alison Hayward, Maths Subject Leader
